Type DB spacers

Type DB spacers are used to precisely define the spacing between individual curry nets or reinforcing steel bars (rebars) during concreting. They are used when concreting industrial floors and ceilings, when concreting foundation slabs of family houses and other concrete works. The benefit of using these spacers is in the ease of assembly and the overall handling on the building site.

The stability of the distance is ensured by two lower flanges and one upper flange connected by diagonals. A significant advantage of this type of spacer is the variability of the height range from 250 mm to 500 mm and the possibility of choosing a different wire diameter according to the required load.

A specific feature of this reinforcement is the standardized step of 400 mm, which contributes to a uniform load on the reinforcement and high-quality concrete coverage.
